As much as we have been expecting it for the past 6 months, it was still a bit of a shock when Jason was laid off on Friday. We are certain this is only a stepping stone leading to bigger and better things and we are starting this new adventure together as a team.
We weren't put together by accident. We need each other, especially in times like this.
We got his company car all cleaned out this weekend to return yesterday.
At least his sense of humor is still in tact, right? *wink*

Awe shit. That sucks. I am a true believer of that good ole cliche...Everything happens for a reason. If he wants to be my dog sitter I'd pay him next to nothing.
